STANDARD
THE HALF-SHELL: The half-shell consists of a horizontal panel and a vertical panel braced by two struts. A stand ensures stability, casters allow it to move, and cylinders complete the adjustment possibilities. Positioning cleats and connecting pieces ensure perfect flushing of the formwork surfaces of several half-shells.
BACKGROUND PANEL A bottom panel can be fitted to the half-shells to cast a shear wall at the same time as the sails and the slab.
SLAB EDGES AND SAIL ENDS The slab edges and sail ends are adjusted to the length of the sails and slabs. They are attached to the formwork during all handling.
STARTER FORMWORK To position the upper wall precisely, the starter formwork is placed on the halfshells before concreting. The primer is made at the same time as the slab.
RESERVATION FRAMEWORK At each rotation, frames for doors, windows and hoppers are put in place. The positioning and fixing of these reservations are marked on the formwork.
